Located in the trendy West Valley community of Woodland Hills.  Just through Topanga Canyon to the sandy beaches of Malibu.  this 1950's craftsman style Bungalow needed a complete overhaul.  The project included New paint, kitchen, flooring, lighting, bathrooms, and all new energy efficient windows. Featuring 1200 sqft. with 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. 


This is a long term rental.

As beautiful as the city view, attention to detail was given to every inch of this executive home, featuring over 2700 sqft., main home, and a 1600 sqft. barn, repurposed as a yoga studio/work space, car collectors dream!  This home needed to be reconfigured to create a private estate buyers are looking for. Using IPE wood to create a new gated entry, primary suite wall with back lighting.  We created an open concept which allowed HGH to create a laundry room, huge primary suite with en-suite spa like bathroom and amazing kitchen.  The use of 3-10' bi-folding doors allowed our designers to create indoor-outdoor living space on this private setting.
